I have been able to find more information on ancestry.com, and it looks like my grandmother Mary I McCrohan (born: Oct. 13 1913 - died: Apr. 16 2001) was duaghter of Emmett McCrohan (born: abt 1867 in Texas) and Mary Ann Alley (born: abt 1887 in New York). Emmett was the son of Eugene McCrohan (born: abt 1838 in Kilkenny Ireland) and I believe Isabel Wilson (born: abt 1838 in Scotland). Not too sure of Isabel's maiden name, but the rest of the information came from census data. Eugene McCrohan was living in Herfordshire England in 1851 (census data), and then in 1870 there is census data for Fort Concho showing Eugene and Isabel with their children.

My new email is dswinarsky@verizon.net and I would love to talk to someone about this if they have any information that might be helpful.

Thanks!
